## Managing Multiple Client Accounts in Message IQ Agency users who manage Message IQ on behalf of multiple clients can navigate between client accounts directly from the Message IQ web app at app.smartramp.com.
From the agency dashboard, you can: - Switch between client accounts - Manage settings for each client - Monitor activity — all without separate logins To get started, your clients must first grant your agency account access from their individual account settings.
