The Charts page is one of the most powerful sections of Message IQ. Here, you can evaluate the important statistics of all of your automated messages and optimize performance.
To get the most out of Charts, be sure to add a well-named label inside the Message Name field in the Workflow builder. Detailed performance of your automated messaging will appear on the Charts Dashboard.
Charts Dashboard
The Charts Dashboard shows you a high level overview of your recent SMS activity. Use the date selector in the top right-hand corner to adjust your time frame and the reports below will automatically refresh.
The charts and cards at the top of the page provide you with a high-level overview of your recent SMS activity, and secondary reports will allow you to drill down into a much more granular view.
Message Report
The Message Report is found at the bottom of the main Charts Dashboard. This report will default to your current date setting at the top of the page, and pulls in any named message you've created in your HubSpot workflows.
You can sort your messages alphabetically, or by Delivery Rate, Click Rate, or Reply Rate. Use the search feature to quickly find any message.
You can click any message to enter the Message Detail Report for that message.
Message Detail Report
The Message Detail Report gives you a detailed of the contacts who received your message and whether they clicked or replied to it. You can quickly click to view the contact record in HubSpot and view the entire conversation.
You can also quickly toggle to other messages using the dropdown search bar in the top left of the page.
Usage Report
The Usage Report can be accessed by clicking the pink "Credits Used" card on the Charts Dashboard. Here, you will find each message you've sent via workflow and understand how many credits each message uses.
This is a great way to identify if you have any messages that can be trimmed down to reduce your usage in Message IQ. Sort the table by "Credits Per" or "Character Count" to identify messages using up a lot of credits.
Unsubscribed Report
Your Unsubscribed Report can be accessed by clicking the blue "Unsubscribed" card on the Charts Dashboard. Here, you will find a list of any contacts who have unsubscribed and when they unsubscribed. You can access any contact's HubSpot record from this report to view their recent activity.
Definitions
Sent
Total number of messages we attempted to send as an action in your Workflow
Undelivered
Total number of messages which were unable to be delivered to the contact's phone. This could be because the user has unsubscribed, has an invalid phone number, or has encountered a block from the carrier. In the latter case, we will continue to attempt to send to that contact's phone number.
Delivered
Total number of messages successfully delivered.
Replies
Total number of times a user has replied to the automated message
Replied %
Number of replies / number of delivered messages
Clicks
Total number of times a user has clicked the link in the automated message
Clicks %
Number of clicks / number of delivered messages
Create Date
Date the message was created
